Cadence Minerals raised aggregate gross proceeds of approximately £450,000 via the Retail Offer. In total, the Placing and Subscription and the Retail Offer have raised gross proceeds of approx £2.25 million via Placing and Subscription of 40m shares and 10m retail offer shares.
