Cadence Minerals plc (AIM: KDNC) announces that due to the high level of demand received the Company has decided to close the WRAP Retail Offer early. A further announcement will be made on 23 September 2026 regarding the total proceeds to be accepted and the number of Ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the WRAP Retail Offer.
