Operational Update
Oil production from the Company’s existing Sagebrush wells continued throughout the third quarter of 2026, generating project revenue of US$184,500 and bringing total revenue for the first nine months to US$500,765.
Importantly, project oil revenue generated during the first three quarters of calendar 2026 of US$500,765 has already exceeded the US$408,532 recorded during the entire 2025 calendar year, representing an increase of approximately 23%, with three months of production and sales still to be generated by year end calendar 2026.
The stronger oil price environment during 2026 has contributed positively to revenues, reinforcing the value of the Company’s existing producing oil assets as it progresses its helium development activities.
Gross production for the nine-month period totalled 7,771 barrels, with continued output from the existing Sagebrush wells providing a recurring source of revenue.
Strategic Importance
Oil production remains an important component of Quantum’s broader Colorado strategy, providing ongoing revenues alongside the Company’s primary focus on helium exploration, appraisal and development.
With more than 1 Bcf of independently assessed helium resources across Sagebrush and Coyote Wash, together with existing oil production and the additional commercial oil potential confirmed during testing at Sagebrush-1, Quantum believes its diversified portfolio provides a strong platform for future growth.
The combination of recurring oil revenues and a substantial independently assessed helium resource base supports the Company’s strategy of progressing Sagebrush towards commercial helium production while maintaining financial discipline.
Helium Super Summit – Houston
Members of Quantum’s executive and technical team are attending the Helium Super Summit in Houston, Texas, which commences today, 20 October 2026.
The conference provides an opportunity for the Company to engage directly with participants from across the global helium industry, including technical specialists, service providers and potential commercial partners.
The team looks forward to discussing Quantum’s Colorado helium portfolio and, in particular, the planned larger-volume stimulation programme at Sagebrush-1.
The Company will also use the opportunity to strengthen relationships across the helium industry and explore potential opportunities to support its longer-term development and commercialisation strategy.
As announced last week, preparations for the larger-volume stimulation programme at Sagebrush-1 have entered their final phase, with detailed engineering substantially complete and final operational and logistical arrangements progressing towards commencement in November 2026.
Further updates will be provided in due course.
Howard McLaughlin, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Helium, commented: “Our oil production in the first 9 months of Calendar 2026 continues to deliver an important revenue stream for Quantum, and it is particularly pleasing that we have already exceeded the revenue generated during the whole of calendar 2025, with another three months of production still to come.
“The stronger oil price environment has been beneficial, and these results reinforce the value of maintaining an established producing oil business alongside our helium development activities.
“At the same time, our executive and technical team are in Houston for the Helium Super Summit, where we look forward to engaging with industry participants and discussing the next phase of activity at Sagebrush.
“Our immediate operational focus remains on advancing the planned larger-volume stimulation programme at Sagebrush-1, with preparations now in their final phase. We look forward to providing further updates as this important programme progresses.”
