Seed Capital Solutions today announces that Segar Karupiah will be standing down as Finance Director on the 31st October 2026.
Segar’s function will be taken up by Michael Hirschfield at Kitwell Administration Limited, the Company’s existing Company Secretary. Mr Hirschfield qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 and has 38 years’ experience in the publicly traded company arena.
The Board would like to thank Segar for his work over the last two years and wishes him well with his future roles.
